INTRODUCTION

This delivery policy gives details of the delivery methods, delivery periods and delivery charges that apply to any orders for our products made through our website. This policy is a legally binding document, and forms part of the contract of sale between you and us made under our terms and conditions of sale.

 

Delivery methods

We will deliver to the following countries and territories: Worldwide. Our products are shipped from either UK or USA. If the address for delivery of your order is in UK or USA, then you will be able to select Standard Delivery unless you qualify for free shipping period then it will be posted by economy shipping. If you live outside of these countries then you will be able to select Worldwide Shipping only.

Please Note: All our products are located and being delivered from our warehouses in following countries: USA, UK and Australia, Germany, China so please make sure you choose the right option. You will be notified if an inventory is limited and your item needs to be sent from different location or about any other changes.

 

Delivery periods


Standard delivery dispatched up to 3 working days, these periods run from the close of business on that day. If you place your order after 3pm on a working day, or on a non-working day, these periods run from the close of business on the next following working day. These periods are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the specified period.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges will be calculated and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process. This table indicates the applicable charges / how charges are calculated for the different delivery methods. All amounts are inclusive of VAT. Delivery method Charges:

If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery service providers will leave a card at your address, with instructions on how you may collect your product. Such instructions will include a time limit for collection.

Delivery problems

If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us by email to info@aromaticworld.co.uk. If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the time specified on the card left at your address, then we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products, providing that we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery. An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:
  • You provided the wrong address for delivery.
  • There is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided.
  • The address for delivery is not reasonably accessible.
  • The address for delivery cannot safely be accessed.

Where in person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.

 

 

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@aromaticworld.co.uk.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@aromaticworld.co.uk

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 75£/$, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

IMPORTANT: AromaticWorld is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. We will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

If the order arrives at your country and...

  • The customer refuses to accept the package
  • No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package. 

AromaticWorld reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund
